How to define Your personal values..........

• Personal values are the beliefs, values, and philosophies that we hold about life, its purpose, and our own purpose. As we grow up, we take on board the personal values of others around us until we reach the teen years and start to accept or reject such values as being a part of who we are, or not a part of our own selves. It is easy, however, to pass by the active recognition and sorting of personal values, and to just accept those values that were ingrained in us by parents, teachers, society, etc. We can do this because the fit is comfortable and easy. Defining your own personal values does require taking a deep look at ourselves and facing our assumptions, but it is well worth the effort when you seek guidance for the remainder of your life.

• ..Consider whether you are happy with your existing personal values:- Do they truly represent who you are, or are they a replication of values held by others who have influenced you in your life? Once you are more aware of your most significant values, you will better understand the defining essence of who you believe yourself to be, and use these top values to guide your choices and decisions in life. 

• Implement your values into your life:- While it is important to know what values drive you and support you, actually putting them to their fullest use can be another story. Once you have defined your personal values, the real challenge is to live your life by these values in all parts of your activities - work, leisure, love, social life, cultural life, etc. This may necessitate changes in the way that you approach things and how you view things that happen in your life. Don't be afraid of making that change to fulfill meeting your personal values; this is part of our long maturation process. For example, if you decide that loyalty is a value to you, think about the ways in which you can demonstrate your loyalty to others by being there for them, being available when they need you, not gossiping about them, and supporting them vocally when others deride them. You can also choose loyalty to your place of employment, supporting it and believing in it as part of your job's purpose. This might mean overcoming old habits of gossiping, putting down people or a company, no longer giving lip service to things but being genuine instead.

कहते हैं कि दोस्ती दुनिया का सबसे अच्छा रिलेशन होता है..!! होगा भी क्यों नहीं दो हस्तियों से मिलकर जो बनती है दोस्ती !!! 

Ha frnds m bat kr raha hu dosti ki ,dosti sabse bada relation hoti h agar dosti krne wale mane to..!!dosti me ek dost apne dost ke liye kuch bhi kr sakta h.jab koi insan dukhi hota h to use sabse pahle apne dost ki hi yad aati h,kyonki wo janta h ki uska dost hi ek aisa insan h is duniya me jo usski problm ko samjh sakta h or use dur bhi kr sakta h.

Ee dost hi apne dost ke andar ki bat ya uski problm ko samjh sakta h,dost hi use sahara deta h or dost hi use dur bhi krta h,koi dost jab dukhi hota h to wo uske gale lag kar ro bhi sakta h kyonki use pta h mere rone se ye mujhe chup krane ka koi na koi bandobast("solution")kar hi dega..chahe uske liye use kuch bhi kyo na krna pade.

Dosti kai rupo me hoti h...!:Dosti ke kai (many)rup(types)me hoti h jaise ki...aap log sab jante h o kon kon se hote h yha ham kewal ek ladka ladki ki dosti ke bare me dekhenge,,,

*ladka -ladki ki dosti...:-ek ladki or ek ladke ke bich me jo sabse acha relation hota h wo mere hisab se h "DOSTI"!usse kya hota h ki breackup ka lafda hi nahi rahta.majje se dono ek dusre ke sath rah sakte h ,ghum sakte h...or ha kisi bhi ladke or ladki ko buri najar se dekh bhi sakte,kyonki dono me se kisi ko problm bhi nhi hogi or ho bhi kyo dono boyfrnd -girlfrnd thode na h.

I think agar ek ladke ko koi sudhar sakta h to wo h only ladki,kyonki ladka chahe kisi ki bat mane ya n mane wo ladki ki bat ko kabhi nhi talega or any situation  me use puri krne ki har sambhaw kosis krega...i think!!

I think ladka -ladki ko h na love ,pyar ,wyar ,in jasie lafdo me padna hi nhi chahiye,kyo yar pahle to ye lafda krte ho phir alag hote ho ladke ko tklf hoti h ladki ko tklf hoti,rona -dhona,khana n khana,padhayi me man n lagna,colg,office se bunk krna,sare din udas rahna,,,,ek dusre ki galtiya btana ,ek dusre ke gifts,letters...etc.ko todna fadna..kyu.....agar ye sab hi krna h to phir aisa relation banate hi kyo ho,,,mujhse agar koi puche to m to yhi kahunga ki"DOSTI IS THE BEST RELATION BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS"....NOTHING ELSE,..

DOSTI KE FAYDE;-IS tarah ki dosti ke kai fayde bhi h....jaise..

*Usuki other  frnds ke sath bhi batchit ya gape lada sakte ho....dost ki dost h yar use kyo problm hogi..

*Jarurat padne par paise bhi udhar mang sakte ho wo bhi bina kisi byaj ke...or dene ki bhi koi jaldi nhi rahti...

*Kisi ke dekhne ka bhi dar nhi rahta,kyonki h to dost hi na...!!

*Apne mom dad se jhut bhi nhi bolna padta,kyonki dosti se kisi ko koi problm nhi hoti..

*Kesi bhi bate uske sath wo shair kr sakti h ....chahe kitni bhi andar ki kyo na ho...dost jo h..

To aap upar dikhye faydo se yah to sikh hi gaye ho ki dosti achi h na ki love.jab yar dost banane se itne kam ho sakte h to phir dusman i mean girlfrnd kyo banate ho.

Dosti life time chalti h bina kisi rok tok ke,bina  kisi dought ke,bina kisi tensen ke .

Pyaar me to 90%chanc break up ke hi hote h,ya to shadi n hone ke karan ya phir aapsi man mutaw ke karan ya phir kisi dought ke karan ya kisi tensen ke karan.

Pyar me pocket money girlfrnd ke liye hi kafi nhi hoti apne kam me lene ka to sawal hi nhi aata.agar koi achi job krta h to bechare gharwale presan rahte h girlfrnd ko dene ke chakkar me.

Dosti me pocket money "half save"par rahti h.i mean agale ko bta kr rakho ki dekh yar abhi itne hi h half tera, half mera ,,majje dono ke ho jayenge..

Kabhi girlfrnd ke sath bahar ghum rahe ho or bychanc kisi ladki ki taraf thoda sa dekh liya to phir to samjho aa gayi musibat,kyo dekha ,kya chahte ho,mujhme intrest nhi raha kya,bla bla....

Or agar apni frnd ke sath ho to wo khud bolegi dekh kya mall h ya phir kya item h,ja line mar le kya pta ye to pat hi jaye,,or agar tere se kam na chale to kuch madad m kr dungi.

"Mere kahne ka mtlb itna hi h ki dosti achi h,m ye nhi kahta ki aap pyar mat kro mere kahne ka mtlb h ki pyar hi krna chahte ho to ye jo mene btaye h na wo lafde mat rakho phir dekho apne pyar ka majja kese duguna(double)ho jata h.

agar pyar ko thk tarh se na kr sako to isse acha h aap usi ladki ko apna dost bana lo wo ladki bhi tumhare sath rahegi ,koi lafda bhi nhi rahega  (ek panth do kaj)....

Lakin jindgi ka majja jitna dost ke sath h mere najriye se kisi ke sath bhi nhi h,.try krke dekho,viswas nhi aata to.

Dear friends agar meri bato se kisi ko koi problam ho to maf krna mene only apna najriya btaya h use me lena n lena aapke hath h.
